Genoa World Cup

At the World Cup in Genoa, we were plagued with light winds all week which resulted in a lot of waiting around on the water for wind. However, despite the difficult conditions, we were able to get a good series of races in.
I was really pleased with the way I sailed throughout the regatta, being the only British Sailor to Qualify for Gold Fleet. I finished the regatta in 40th overall, which was a huge improvement on my position in Palma.
My next event will be the French Olympic Week in Hyeres. This will be my first opportunity to see how well I am sailing against the Australian and New Zealand sailing teams ahead of the European Championships.
